Returns & Exchanges

At Painting to Gogh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
